In the picturesque town of Marina di Mancaversa, known for its fine sandy beaches and clear seawater, lies the apartment Smeraldo on the 1st floor of Residence La Perla as one of 9 apartments. The apartment consists of a spacious living-dining room with cable TV, a sofa bed and a bunk bed as well as a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom. Equipped for all seasons, there is air conditioning and heating available. The large, furnished balcony with a barbecue invites you to spend pleasant evenings outdoors. The complex also offers parking for all guests. The local beaches as well as shops, restaurants and bars are only 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car away.
