The location is ideal; easy to reach from Blois, but remote enough to be quiet and tranquil.I spent a day shopping, riding to Cheverny where I had a picnic on the grounds of the chateau, and back to Vineuil. "Great value for money stay. When it was pushing 40 degrees outside the air con in the room was very welcome!! Room was clean, comfy beds and decent bathroom tho the shower was a bit difficult to keep on full power ( one of those where you have to pull the lever up to switch from water coming out of the tap to the shower head). Staff were helpful and breakfast was reasonable. Overall a much nicer stay than I had expected for the price."
