Welcome to the Flamingo holiday flat, your ideal retreat on the Mediterranean coast! Located just 20 meters from the beach, this stunning 135 m² flat offers panoramic views that will take your breath away. With direct access to the beach, you can enjoy the sea breeze and the sound of the waves from the comfort of your home.



The flat features a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 cozy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it the perfect space for up to 6 people. In addition, the property offers high-speed Wi-Fi, ideal for teleworking or video calls, as well as a television and a washing machine for your convenience.



Enjoy its two covered terraces, one with sea views and the other with mountain views, perfect for relaxing and watching the sunrise or sunset. There is also a shared uncovered terrace on the roof of the building, ideal for sunbathing if you don't want to go down to the beach.



The shared outdoor area has a garden and showers so you can come back fresh and clean after a day at the beach. There is a parking space available on the premises and dogs are welcome, but please check the requirements beforehand and inform the owner.

Pros: La terraza del apartamento, enorme, con vistas espectaculares a la playa. Ideal para disfrutar en familia.
