We are situated in a lovely rural setting only minutes from town. Lots of beautiful trees adorned with many native birds adding to the ambience. On arrival you drive straight up a tree lined driveway to your private stand alone studio. You have private access to come and go as you please with parking directly in front. We offer comfortable, clean, modern accommodation that provides all the luxuries of a home away from home, with many special touches to surprise and delight our guests. From the time you arrive to the time you leave we want our guests to have the most memorable stay and the yearning to return for more.

Inside you will find modern interiors in a spacious studio set up with brand new modern appliances and all the luxuries one would want when away from home, from a new coffee machine to the soft spa sized towels and robe in the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who like to cook with a full sized fridge/freezer. Alternatively we can certainly recommend some great restaurants, cafes or takeaways within a 2 minute drive.

Relax on the leather sofa while watching Netflix on our 55" smart tv or make use of the unlimited internet and get a bit of work done (we have an office chair available for added comfort). The queen size bed is made ready for your arrival with clean quality linen. In the bathroom are extra large spa sized bath towels, soaps & toiletries plus a soft bathrobe to enjoy after a shower. The studio has air conditioning which will keep an ambient temperature regardless of summer or winter conditions.

At the rear of the studio you can enjoy your very own private sunny courtyard (we are currently making improvements to this area with screening, gardens and furniture to relax). Our guests are welcome to use the saltwater pool available during summer months. This has just had a complete refurbishment and is looking rather tropical and inviting.

We do not provide breakfast but can arrange this upon request with an extra charge. We often have guests staying who are celebrating special occasions so if you would like anything extra set up for your stay please feel free to ask. Maybe chocolates, wine, flowers etc.

We are a 5 min drive from the Crossing Shopping Centre, 10 minutes to Tauranga Golf Course and Tauranga Racecourse, 25 minutes to Mount Maunganui Beach and Bayfair shopping centre, 25 minutes to Omanu Golf Club, 15 minutes to Tauranga water front for dining options, 25 minutes to Tauranga airport, 15 minutes to McClaren Falls.

If you are looking at wedding venues we are a short drive to The Orchard, Ataahua Garden Venue and Phoenix Valley. With many more amazing venues around Tauranga. Uber and Taxi services will pickup/drop off from our gateway.

We are right on the doorstep, so to speak, of the Oropi bike track. Bike from our house 100 meters up the road to the entry where you'll find lots of different tracks for different abilities. The Tect park is 18 minutes drive away also offering a variety of outdoor sports.

If travelling further afield we are only 35 minutes from Rotorua's mecca of tourist attractions and activities, 3 hour drive from Whakapapa ski field, 1 hour 45 to Taupo, 40 minute drive to Matamata if you're a Hobbiton fan, 3 hours to Auckland airport, 2 hours 30 minutes to Whitianga.
