I'm disappointed that you didn't come and talk to me during your stay or even after your stay because I do tell all of our guests that if they have any questions or any problems to come and see me and I will resolve the problem. If you had come and seen me, I would have told you that all the rooms do have fans in them. Also, our descriptions on Agoda are accurate. We do not mention anywhere about air conditioning. The descriptions of our facilities are also accurate. Before booking, you could have contacted me to discuss your needs. Regarding the credit card payment, you were not charged any extra that what was quoted to by Agoda. The room rate was decreased to absorb the credit card fee. We used the credit card that you chose to provide us when you booked the room through Agoda. I'm sorry we didn't meet your expectations. In the post stay email you are invited to contact me personally to discuss ways that we can improve. You chose not to contact me and instead post this inaccurate review. We are here to help. We are here to serve you and make your stay pleasant.

I feel sorry for the discomfort that you experienced while staying with us. I just checked our room description online and we are accurate. We do not advertise that we have AC. Each room has a fan in the closet. I really would have appreciated if you'd come to me first to give me an opportunity to resolve the problem. I do tell all our guests on arrival that if they have any questions or any problems to come and see me. I am also available by phone or email to answer any queries you have when choosing your accommodation. That's great feedback about the window safety stays. I've just ordered them now. Kind regards

Hi Karl,It is well commented upon the low water pressure. We have done as much as is possible to increase the pressure but what we have is what you get. We have checked the shower head since you left and it is running at a reasonable pressure, 9liter per minute.As the old saying goes you can please some of the people all the time , some you will never please :)

Thank you for your comments. The heating is regulated by yourself in the room. There is a thermostat in the room and the temperature overnight according to the met service only got down to 8 deg. You didn't do have dishes and if you read the compendium we are happy to do the dishes.
