Beautifully furnished, high-quality 3-room holiday apartment "Langeneß" in the "Friesenhof Hyggewarft" with approximately 99 m² on one level (upper floor) for up to 4 people. Traditional thatched roof. In a quiet, natural setting between St. Peter-Ording and Tating, just a ten-minute drive to the beach and the center of St. Peter-Ording. Ideal for a relaxing holiday. Two dogs are welcome upon prior arrangement.

Living room with sofa, armchair, SMART TV, and dining table with 4 chairs. Open-plan kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator (freezer compartment in the shared room). A furnished balcony with a lovely west-facing view is located on the outside steps leading to the apartment entrance.

1st bedroom with double bed (160x200cm, box spring), wardrobe, chest of drawers, coat rack, and SMART TV.

Second bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm, box spring), built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, and SMART TV.

Bathroom (shower room) with shower, toilet, natural light, towel warmer, and hairdryer.

Wardrobe in the entrance area. Access to the apartment is via the external staircase on the west side of the house.

In the common room, dining tables, a large mini-fridge, and a large SMART TV are available for socializing.

The well-maintained grounds offer ample parking, covered bicycle storage, several communal sun terraces with beach chairs, and an outdoor sauna (for a fee) for up to six people. A large, fenced dog run is also available.

Two electric vehicle charging stations are available and can be booked on-site (for a fee).

Bed linens are provided. Towels can be booked separately. Smoking is not permitted.
