"We are happy to give this home a 4 star. If we were visiting during the NZ summer it would be a 5 star. The home is lovely, clean and very comfortable. When we entered the home on a very cold night at the beginning of winter, we felt we were entering a cold ice cave. The property managers had a portable heater going in the master bedroom but the home was frigid. We could not take off our many layers of jackets. Als wir jedoch angekommen sind, haben wir ein Haus angetroffen, welches nicht mehr gepflegt wird. Mit Ausnahme der Küche und dem Bett, war es teils klebrig staubig und es hatte überall Spinnweben. Es schien auch, dass das Häuschen Monate nicht mehr bewohnt war. Offensichtlich hat man kurz vor unserer Ankunft die Küche oberflächlich...

"The house has lots of outside spaces so you can find sun or shade all day long. The living areas are generous and filled with light, the furniture comfortable. Kitchen appliances are modern. Beds are comfortable and bed linen is also good quality. The shower on the living level leaks water and floods the bathroom making it unusable but the two other shirts are great."

"When we arrived the key was not in the lock box, but this was quickly rectified and the property manager came within 10 mins after a phone call, so this was not a huge problem… we are all only human!. It was not clear to me how much cleaning we were meant to do at the end. I was pretty sure I had paid to not have to vacuum etc but this was not clear in the email or at the bach itself. I called the property manager to find out. She said we had a late departure due to the key incident, however...
