"Absolutely horrendous place to stay. The whole place is so filthy and disgusting. My husband got salmonella during our stay there and we were provided with zero support. The reception staff ( most of them) are so rude and unhelpful. The pools were so dirty as well. Stay away from this place!!"

On arrival (note that the location is beside an empty lot full of garbage) there is no signage for guest parking or direction of reception so an off putting start. We had "superior" room but the room ..."
