The location was ideal, private, but reasonably close to amenities and services. Despite thinking we would spend some time exploring the local area, in the end we spent pretty much the whole time on the property as it had absolutely everything we could want there. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again if...

The bach is very comfortable, with all the amenities one would want to have in a holiday home. And the location is fabulous. The river walk is just outside the front door, and the city centre is a short walk away. We highly recommend this accommodation."

"Lovely warm home, great quality linens etc. The home is a wee bit tired but beautifully presented. The view down to the water across to the ranges is amazing. We sat there in the afternoons into the evening marvelling at the change of colours and light. Well set up. Even has a coffee plunger (that gets a gold star as we do love our plunger coffee). "Nelson is a wonderful community, and this property is ideally located -- close to downtown, grocery stores, and nearby hiking. Shared bike/ped paths were also nearby for quick access. The unit has a couple of bicycles, and we used these as our primary in-town transportation. The kitchen is well equipped with a good complement of appliances. The garden is a quiet haven with lots of flowers, herbs, and fruit trees. This place is a great find!"

"Unit is fully equipped. Dishwasher, washing machine and drier. Two lounge chairs two dining table chairs. So often there is only one and you have only the bed to sit on. Coffee machine with coffee provided and coffee plunger and coffee provided. Robes. All the extras that make a big difference. Units are a generous size and bed was comfortable. Thank you"
