Disappointing 4 star.
The Asia hotel chain enjoys a very positive rating in Central Asia. It must be said, however, that this particular hotel, which, I would suggest, because it is in the capital, should be the flagship, let's itself down.
The hotel appears to be under booked, which lends an eerie atmosphere, the bar is seriously under stocked, and some of the non reception staff, while extremely accommodating and pleasant, appear under trained, and at a loss as to how they should behave.
It is a shame, because the other hotels certainly deserve their very positive reputation.
