The apartment is a cosy and comfortable retreat, perfect for those seeking an active holiday in nature.

The interior layout is as follows:



- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (featuring an induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, American-style coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, juicer, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses), double sofa bed, dining table, Smart TV (with Netflix);

- BEDROOM with a king-size bed and a queen-size bed;

- BATHROOM with shower, washing machine, dryer, sink, bidet, and toilet.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013).

In summer, the average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

In winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C.
