The iron had gunk which burned a hole in the slacks I was ironing. Had to fill out a report and ended up getting some hotel credit for the hotel restaurants. The lady at the front desk was really kind and helpful. She made the difference between 1 star and 3 stars.

I can’t think of a single thing that was less than 5 stars! Staff was friendly, room was spacious and clean, lighting in bathroom included a full lighted makeup mirror, walk-in shower, comfortable bed, a pillow I wanted to purchase, a choice of four breakfasts off their menu that was free, free garage parking, cool cars in their main area, and NO CASINO! We were only there for one night but this hotel is my new favorite hotel in Vegas! And it’s near the Stratosphere, not the main Strip.

The hotel is a colonial style building, located right at the main square, well maintained and very clean. The staff is very helpful, breakfast is very good. There is a small pool and a small gym. The room was great for a solo traveler. I'll be happy to return there.
