"All the reception folks were awesome….I mostly dealt with Xavier and Hector. So helpful in suggesting the places to see. The hotel is walking distance to everything so very convenient. My room was quaint…I enjoyed it with the sweet balcony full of character. The bed, however was too hard for me. Also I guess a bar or two are close so folks would be talking loudly even at 3am so ea plugs were essential to get a good night sleep. "

"Warm welcome at reception. Room lighting poor, not helped by faulty light. No bedside power sockets for charging. Breakfast average and not particularly fresh near the end of service. Parking handy as little on street parking in vicinity but €17/night. "

"Beautiful view of the water and mountains. Room was spacious, clean and new. Bed comfortable. AC and heat! Nice amenities! Close so you csn walk to most things. Parking! Staff was very welcoming "

"Very nice hotel, although more like a 3*. We had the apartment for 4 adults which was quite large, although not as advertised since our room had 2 double beds, instead of the double bed a bunk bed / two single beds shown in the photos. The breakfast is decent but the coffee machines are really old, slow and unpredictable. It's coffee roulette as sometimes a perfect cup of coffee is produced, whereas sometimes it's a few drops of dishwater in the bottom of the cup. Not a problem for me personality, but worth noting there is no hot chocolate available. The food choices were varied and all tasty, although sometimes could be cold. "
