"Bianca and Roberto were absolutely AMAZING! It was my first time in Europe so I was unaware of the different outlets. Bianca was very accommodating and made sure to find a charger I could use! They provided a very nice breakfast and Bianca even volunteered to fix us lunch and dinner. The property was exceptionally beautiful with breathtaking views. "Would not let us check in. We called three separate times first letting him know we would be late due to traffic but he would not take the time to listen, he hung up on is every time. Got to the property to try to talk in person and wouldn’t even answer the intercom. Very rude, we were prepared to get charged for late check in too but didn’t make it in the door and had to drive all over to find another place to stay at 10pm. Luckily key club helped us and very friendly 10 mins away. "

"If Mario is cooking then you know you’re in for a treat. Everyone was amazing to interact with and more than welcoming throughout the stay. "The hotel is centrally located near shops and restaurants and only a few minutes walk to the free post (cruise) shuttle bus. The room was immaculate with a full bathroom tea kettle and espresso machine. The host meets and even helped carry a small bag, sorry no elevator. The room included a few snacks tea bags cream, sugar and substitute as well as a few espresso pods. The Tv has English and Italian channels and WiFi is included. Perfect little place by the beach and port. "
