Elegante villa con piscina e vista mare vicino a Roma/Toscana

Villa Linnazello is an elegant private villa in Tarquinia, a historic town situated between Rome and Tuscany. It is only 45 minutes by car from Rome Fiumicino Airport.



The villa has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living/dining room, and an open-plan kitchen. There are large terraces on both sides of the villa. The terrace facing the sea has a fireplace to enjoy cooler evenings. The villa can accommodate up to eight guests.



There is a large, well-tended garden and a swimming pool area where you can enjoy your time in total privacy. The Villa also offer a newly appointed gym and gated parking.



Villa Linnazello estate comprises 3 hectares of land in Roccaccia, Tarquinia. The villa offers panoramic views over the surrounding hills, the Mediterranean Sea, Monte Argentario and the Giglio island.



The old town of Tarquinia is about 5 minutes’ drive away. Tarquinia is a medieval town best known for its Etruscan necropolis, which is an UNESCO World heritage site and the prime attraction of the area. Tarquinia is a charming town with lots of medieval architecture, dozens of nice restaurants, and many shops and cafés.



The surroundings offer a lot of things to see and to do. The closest beaches and a 9-hole golf course are just a 10-minute drive away. The best golf courses in Italy can be reached within an hour. There are historic sites, vineyards, charming small villages, thermal spas and breath-taking sceneries within easy reach. In addition to shopping in Rome, you can find inexpensive outlets nearby.

Perfect countryside getaway

After the hustle and bustle of Rome, this was a perfect countryside getaway. The views from the home were stunning and the town of Tarquinia absolutely charming. We ventured to the hot springs about an hour away and upon our return viewed the Tuscan landscape. Great experience overall. Highly recommend !

A little piece of heaven

Our stay at the villa was the very best! Rafaella was so helpful with immediate feedback. The villa was close enough to Rome for a day trip and the book about the villa held quite a few details and information about the surrounding area. We truly enjoyed our stay at the relaxing, little piece of heaven! Hands down, we recommend a stay here.

Great house - stylish, comfortable and very well done inside and outside. Located in the middle of peaceful Italian countryside - clean air, roosters, starts at night. 15 min drive to the beach and historic town of Tarquinia. 100% recommended.
