We were very fortunate to be able to go on a hike on the property with Lorenzo, who was a wealth of knowledge on the history of Tuscania and its people. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, the suite was rustic yet modern with a beautiful view, and the restaurant served delicious locally-sourced dishes paired with excellent regional wine. "Authentic farmhouse property - very quaint and quiet. It added to the sense that we were assimilating into Italy and not just staying in a hotel that could be anywhere in the world. The owners are fabulous - kind and considerate. We were there when it was too cold to use the pool. The countryside is just gorgeous. The food they prepared was delicious. They do not speak a lot of English but I was able to communicate adequately. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!"

"We decided to stay at Podere Giullio, because we wanted to be kind of close to the airport after getting off s flight from Sicily to Rome. The drive from the airport was a little longer than we anticipated and we did have difficulties finding the agriotouriismo ....but after some friendly directions from a lovely man just closing up his shop, we finally arrived and happy to be there. What a lovely place. We had a suite that would sleep 4 comfortably. The best part was the restaurant on the farm....

"This is the cleanest property I’ve come across in vacation rentals. It’s comfortable, cozy, close to the beach and to the highway for easy sightseeing. "On our 30-day trip through Italy, Switzerland, and France, we needed a break in the middle. So, we found this lovely house to stay for few days. "My husband and I were married at Villa Clodia with 19 guests. The property manager arranged our wedding day perfectly - from the decor, the food, to the amazing staff.
