"Our family's stay in Bayambang was very relaxing - I particularly love the master's bedroom as it was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. Claudeth was very responsive to our needs and her local property caretaker as well."

"Upon checking in, I decided to check out, It was filthy dirty, light switches were sticky with hand prints, floor was with loose hair everywhere, bed linens were stained like they were not changed, the couch was visibly stained and with roach droppings, the fridge was moldy, bathroom was disgustingly dirty, I didn’t wanna touch anything. The room stinks, I informed the front desk that I wanna cancel my reservation but they moved me to 2 different rooms that were just worse than the first one....

"I actually had to stay elsewhere. The place looked lived in from the outside but when I called the host, they assured me it wasn’t so I decided to go in. The smell was bad and the kitchen was flooded so I didn’t really experience the place. I left. Sorry I didn’t have better news to report."

"Adequate. The A/C for the apartment consists of an a/c unit in each of the bedrooms upstairs. Only fans are available downstairs. Be mindful the bath downstairs is a wet bath, and if you aren't used to traveling abroad, the toilet is a bidet. The wasing machine is nice to have, but window above is open, so when it rained, everything below got wet. Security for the unit was great and our hostess was pleasant. "
