Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Bad Hotel
Over-rated and over-priced. Did not get the room reserved, instead was given a tiny room with a small bed for the same cost. Closet was just a hole in the wall. Made formal complaint and told that they could not change since that was per the online booking (althought the place seemed empty). Worst booking experience in hotels.com.
