Situated on the shores of the well-known Búnker beach in Atlanterra, the Villa is hidden behind a prominent rock in the sand and seamlessly integrates into the front line with endless views of the Strait of Gibraltar.

A beautiful villa renovated in 2018 with 5 bedrooms and a capacity for 10 people.

Its main features, in addition to its 2000m plot, include pleasant and cozy common areas, an impressive pool, outdoor kitchen, spacious garden, direct beach access, and views from practically every room.

The property is distributed over 2 floors, and two of its rooms are located in high and private turrets for the tranquility of its guests.

The geography of the land makes the house staggered. On the main floor, we find the fully equipped kitchen, a toilet, and a spacious dining area leading to a living room with a fireplace and, at the end of the area, a TV room. From the dining room, we can access an impressive terrace with a dining area while enjoying the backdrop of the waves.

From the entrance of the house, we ascend to turret 1, where the first double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is located; and from the living room, we access the second double bedroom in turret 2, also with an en-suite bathroom.

Descending the stairs to the lower floor, the first thing that catches our attention to the right is a door leading to the exterior area of the property, encompassing gardens and the pool, among other elements. Continuing down the hallway to the left, the house unfolds, revealing the other bedrooms. The third bedroom, located on the right side of the hallway, features two single beds and a private bathroom with a shower. The fourth bedroom at the end of the hallway has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub. Additionally, this room provides direct access to the pool area.

To reach the fifth and final bedroom, simply follow the hallway to the left, where we find the door leading to a peaceful central courtyard of the property, in a white hue. Here, the last bedroom is located, equipped with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. This patio is filled with vegetation and has an area to sit and enjoy with family outdoors. From here, we move towards the pool area, first enjoying the Balinese beds in the villa's chill-out area, followed by the outdoor seating area with furniture.

The best part of the pool, besides its comfortable loungers, the spacious garden for the little ones to play, or direct beach access, is undoubtedly the outdoor kitchen. This space has been designed to make the most of family time outdoors. A fully equipped kitchen with a gas BBQ, refrigerator, dishwasher, dining area...

The property's architecture, as well as its modern yet rustic decoration, gives a special touch to the villa, providing warmth and familiarity to make you feel at home while enjoying your beach vacation.

**Flexible check-in time:** We will adapt, as much as possible, to your arrival time. If there is another guest checking out on the same day, the villa may not be ready before 16:30 or 17:00, as our cleaning team might still be working.

If you arrive earlier and cleaning is still in progress, there will be no problem. Our agency's service hours will be from 11:30 to 15:00, and within that timeframe, we will accompany you to the villa so you can leave your belongings there. You can then return when the house is ready.

Approximately a week before your stay, we will send you the check-in details. If you plan to arrive after 15:00, you can contact us to provide you with self-access instructions.
