The apartment Los Lances I is located in an urbanization in Tarifa, on the first line of the beach. Just this beach "Los Lances" gives its name to this tourist accommodation. The urbanization has seasonal swimming pool. Located near the center of town, about 10 minutes walk.

Location, pool facilities, the complex, access to town. Access to supermarkets. Friendly residents. Poor kitchen facilities (only two hobs, no kettle), broken fridge handle, freezer inconsistent, door lock very difficult to open, towels and bed linen very poor quality.
