120 square meter apartment located in the La Reserva de los Lances Urbanization, at the entrance of the town and a few meters from Los Lances beach. It has gardens and a community pool (open from June 15 to September 15). The historic center is a 15-minute walk away.

It is a ground floor with 3 bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and en-suite bathroom and the other 2 with 2 single beds each. It also has another bathroom and a toilet.

The kitchen has everything you need to cook in the accommodation: 4-burner ceramic hob, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-combi...

The apartment is very spacious with a large living room with windows to the private terrace. The terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture and overlooks the pool.

Tejas azules

Que admitan mascotas La amplitud del apartamento y la terraza. La ubicación, que esté al resguardo del Levante, y las vistas las sierras que rodean Tarifa. El ambiente tranquilo del vecindario El menaje para cocinar es excaso.
