My wife & I found the park quiet & peaceful the cabin also had a parking space that kept our car away from the road & the staff were very helpful in providing info & directions! there is plenty of shade around the park as well! Thank you for a peaceful relaxing stay

I loved that we were beside the pool and that the bbq was so clean and well equipped. The whole site was very well maintained.

We were half an hour late arriving, but guy on site great and upgraded us. Bed really comfy. Bungalows extremely clean. We only stayed 1 night but had everything we needed.

Lovely and quiet. But.. the cabin advertised as a 2 bedroom was a one bedroom with the second so called bedroom being a curtained off section of the living/kitchen area. The whole cabin was beautifully clean but badly needed an update as things were falling apart.

Clean cabin even though it is a little bit dated
Nice little cabin which was getting a little bit old, but was clean. Swimming pool in the park was relatively small, but it is in a nice location next to the river.

Dissapointing stay!!!!
We arrived late one evening after reception closed and was faced with a cold unit that contained one heater with a cord that was not long enough to plug into the high power points and therefore created a fire hazard as the only place it could go was on the sink under a curtain; milk that had a best before date that expired 3 weeks prior; bowls that had not been cleaned; toaster that sparked and insufficient blankets!! My children froze!! Spoke with reception in the morning who advised they would have the manager call me but did not receive a call. So dissapointing

no hot water in cabins and locked out of amenities
The night we arrived there was no hot water and reception was closed. We decided to shower in the morning when hopefully there would be hot water but if not we thought we could use the amenities block. We ran the water for over 5 minutes numerous times in the morning but there wasn't any hot water. The water wasn't just cold it was really cold. I went across to the amenities block but they were locked and we didn't have a key, so we couldn't shower. I didn't want to ring the mobile number provided for emergencies. Also there isn't any instructions on early check out with reception opening at 9am so we just left the key in the cabin when we left around 8am

Office hours are 9am - 5pm 7 days. Sorry that there was an issue with your hot water but you should have called the after hours number and we could have had it fixed in 5 minutes. They are gas hot water units and the pilot had gone out. Amenities are locked until 8am each morning for the security of our guests. In relation to instructions for early check out inside the Welcome Booklet clearly sets out the process for early checkout. Sorry that your stay was not of a satisfactory standard, please just call next time and all of this would have been avoided.

Nice cabin not enough bedding
The bunk beds had a sign saying unsuitable for children under 9. I’d agree with this, the gap on the rail was large. This information wasn’t available at booking so one child had to sleep in with me as they couldn’t use the bunk. Only one blanket was provided per bunk which was not sufficient in winter. Plus reception closed at 5 so we were unable to get more.

Thankyou for taking the time to review our property. No child under 9 should be sleeping on the top bunk, there was only 1 adult in master bed so enough room for everyone. Reception hours are 9am - 5pm. All rooms are provided with heaters which you are welcome to leave on all night as they are thermostatically operated. Thankyou again for your feedback.

We stopped over for a quick night stay while driving up back to queensland. Due to traffic we werent going to make the close of the 5pm check out. But after one call to the property owner he reassured us everything was going to be fine. We made it within 10 mins and the hospitality was fantastic! Cabins were clean, the heater was turned on for us and extra blankets/towels were offered. Would defintely stay here again.

Nice and comfortable plenty of room in the cabin, Got a free upgrade to a Spa cabin, Only thing it needed was more blankets as only the main bed had a blanket which was pretty thin and it needed better heating as the small heater wasn’t working properly and kept cutting out but other than that it was a good stay, laundry facilities was good, I was able to do a large load of washing and dry it all before check out at 10am, they have a nice kids park which was perfect for my little ones

Highly recommended
We have stayed in a number of cabins over the years but this was without doubt our very best experience. The park and accommodation is maintained perfectly, making our stay all the more enjoyable. Even though I was visiting the region for business, we're already discussing a return in the not too distant future.

Lovely quiet park
We arrived after office hours and was delighted to receive a phone call to explain the key an welcome letter would be left for us.Manager kept an eye out for us and greeted us with some local recommendations.
