"Poor Service standards , Terrible customer service , terrible property management , no facilities , poor food. Not worth the money at all. If you are going for leisure/ weekend getaway- not recommended as you will be occupied in dealing with them for small things and needs. Very poor management "

"The cleanliness of my first room was questionable. A/C unit looked dated (remote didn't work properly) and the TV remote didn't work properly. Only provided one towel and I didn't find a hand towel initially and no shower room floor matt - there needs to be minimum standard providing basics. Fortunately I moved to another room on a different floor (due to pest control) where the A/C was in good state and TV worked. Rooms like my first one need attention to bring up the standards. "Unfortunately when we arrived in Rajkot my mother was sick. The hotel Management were seemingly quick with the check in.
