NOEMI3, Poreč-Tar, with pool, balcony, Wi-Fi

The newly built, modern NOEMI 3 apartment is located in Tar, a small town 10 km away from Poreč. The apartment is located in a residence of 9 apartments located in three nearby structures that together form the residence.
In the residence, there is shared use of the pool, deck chairs, umbrellas, an outdoor shower, a barbecue, a garden table with stone benches, a game room with a pool table, a flat-screen TV, sofas and armchairs. Everything is fenced.

The NOEMI 3 air-conditioned apartment is located on the first floor of the tertiary structure with three apartments. Composed of a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (160x200). One bedroom with two single beds, a balcony with six seats, garden chairs and a table. The living area has a sofa bed for two people, a flat-screen satellite TV, a dining table with six seats and an equipped kitchenette.

The kitchenette has three electric hobs, a fridge with a freezer compartment (10 l), a toaster, a microwave, a coffee machine with filters, a mocca, a kettle, pots, plates and cutlery, detergent and a sponge.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, bidet, toilet paper, hairdryer, toilet, sink with mirror and cabinet.
In the residences, the pool, deck chairs, umbrellas, an outdoor shower, a barbecue and a garden table with Istrian stone benches; a playroom for children and adults with a pool table, a flat screen TV, sofas and armchairs. The complex is fenced, and free public parking is located near the residence.
In the structure, there is a shared space with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.


Tar (Tower) is a small village of farmers and fishermen only 5 km from Poreč (Porec). In recent years, there has been a lot of development, full of apartments and beautiful villas with rented pools, several excellent restaurants offering typical Istrian and German food, bars, children's playgrounds, a supermarket, tennis courts, a magnificent racetrack, a horse riding centre and much more.

In the summer months in the country, many interesting events are organised that could be interesting to tourists, such as parties, dances, tastings and presentations of wines, olive oil and typical Croatian menus.
In the village you will also find a pharmacy, a dental and medical clinic, a bank, an ATM, a grocery store and some fruit and vegetable stands. A free tourist bus will be available for transport from 01.07. to 31.08.

* We kindly ask our guests not to make excessive noise from 15:00 to 17:00 and from 23:00 to 07:00 in the morning
* We ask our guests to use the appliances with care
* Smoking is allowed only on the terrace; smoking is not allowed inside
* It is possible to organise personalised transfers.
* One day before departure, we kindly ask you to announce the scheduled time of departure, to arrange the handing over of the keys. The accommodation must be vacated no later than 10 in the morning on the last day of stay.
* We kindly ask our guests to leave garbage bins empty and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils.
* For damages that occur, please inform the owner. After a careful evaluation of the damage, the guest will be charged on the spot.
