O hotel tem alguns problemas pontuais: as vezes tinha cheiro de esgoto no quarto, mas não o tempo todo, deve estar com problemas no encanamento. The Spot One by Viva - Luxo e acesso direto ao Balneário Shopping
O apartamento é perfeito. Muito aconchegante, bem localizado, deixou a desejar no que ofertou em serviço. Indicou que havia lavanderia e na verdade ela era disponibilizada apenas para moradores. Para hóspedes não era permitido o uso.
