My family and I had a wonderful time staying at Te Moana Nui Villa. Our hosts were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The house was clean, tidy and the shaded deck area was great when we needed a break from the heat. Just a few steps to the beach too, where our hosts had created a beautiful, private area for relaxing on loungers or having a meal right on the beach at a picnic table. It was so relaxing and peaceful that my mother in law read 5 books in 10 days! I will be recommending Te Moana Nui Villa and our host’s other fantastic villas to our friends and family. We made a last minute decision to spend a few days in Rarotonga on our way to New Zealand. Motu Beachfront Villas turned it into one of the best vacation decisions ever. The property is immaculate and our villa gorgeous. We were met by the lovely Mii who immediately made us feel welcome. We were so appreciative of our upgraded villa complete with everything we needed - even snorkel equipment and food in the fridge. Mii even took us to the grocery to get the rest of the things we needed. There are several restaurants in walking distance and a car rental right next door should you need it. The beach at Motu is beautiful with great snorkeling, kayaks are available as well, even a clear kayak if you're not a snorkeler. The pool and bar area are wonderful, too. We were sad we could not have stayed longer. We met another couple who were spending a month at Motu and we could easily see why. Motu is a slice of paradise and Mii a warm and beautiful hostess.

Great location on Muri Beach. House spacious, shower pressure great, A/C in master bedroom good, kayaks and snorkeling gear avalible,pool cleaned daily Just some updating and maintenance would be a great improvement But for a beach house serves purpose.

Definitely going to come back and stay here again. Terry was an awesome host. Loved staying at the villa with my family. Loved having the beach right there. Meitaki ma’ata Terry.

Property was beautiful nice resort and beach front great for swimming and snorkeling private not very crowded and facilities great the only issue are the stray dogs, and cats in the resteraunts and wondering around the grounds and the roosters waking u up in the middle of the night and early am but other than that it’s been great stay would recommend the pool villas are lovely
