A Fantastic and Unforgettable Experience.

We just had an awesome experiences at the Cabanas La Serenisima. Paulina gave us a great welcome and showed us the entire cabin which by the way it was very clean and had everything you need to make your stay really comfortable. We'll be returning this summer 2024 or in December 2024. We highly recommend these cabins in Tapalpa, Jalisco Mexico.

Mala comunicación y cobraron más de lo estipulado

Llegue al lugar y nadie sabía nada de mi reservación, me asignaron mi habitación y tardaron como 2 horas en comunicarme que el costo era otro, prácticamente me cobraron el doble de lo que en hotels me habían confirmado. Además no tenían pago con tarjeta y tuve que hacer transferencia. Muy mala comunicación, es triste que no me hayan respetado la tarifa y cuando lo comenté solamente se disculparon, ya ni siquiera intente cambiar de habitación por que después de 2 horas estábamos totalmente instalados
