Overall it was a good stay! They should have more directions to get to the hotel, and posted on the app that there is no staff at the hotel. The room was nice for the price and close to the Night Market! Getting to the room at first was a bit hard, even locals around did not know how to get there. Luckily our taxi driver got out and helped us by going ahead to try and find the hotel.

nice, clean and well-maintained hotel. check-in after stipulated hours could be a little cumblesome. but all you have to do is to contact the hotel staff for assistance. The staff is extremely friendly and willing to help :)) 10/10 stay for me

No staff on site

There was no hotel staff on the site, the entire hotel was manned by a computer which made it feel a little less safe and less helpful. The hotel room was clean and included a gallon jug of fresh drinking water which was appreciated. However I selected a room with three twin beds and was given a room with a full and a twin bed, which was fine but without staff to talk to it was difficult to fix the problem.

If you value good customer service and have inquiries regarding the accommodations, you may want to consider alternative options. Expedia failed to note that there's no front desk or staff available for check-in or any other assistance. Additionally, there is no housekeeping service until after check-out, which can be inconvenient for guests staying multiple days. This means you may have to make do with the same wet towels and accumulated trash for the duration of your stay. However, the designated eating area with vending machines does provide two bins – one for recycling and one for trash. If you don't mind taking care of it, you can easily dispose of your trash and recyclables in these bins. The check-in time is 5:00 PM, which is relatively late compared to other hotels. I arrived at 3:30 PM and was unable to obtain a room key until the designated time. During the wait, I was confined to a small and hot waiting area, far from a traditional lobby, with no alternative space to wait comfortably with my luggage. On the bright side: The room matched the photos provided. I didn't experience any issues with the room, except for the fact that I could only get warm or hot water from the room's water system, which was somewhat convenient. There is an added layer of security, as entry is restricted to those with a hotel key or those who are met at the entrance. Prices were good and I may stay there again if I could leave my luggage or can access the main lobby while waiting!

夫婦で訪問しました。申し込み時に飛行機の時間と値段と口コミの平均だけで決めました。直前に交通手段などを調べていく中で、日本で言うラ◯ホでは…？と疑いも出てきました。 結論で言うと看板の見た目は完全にラ◯ホです。でも、ビジネス利用は台湾では一般的だそうです。スーツケースを持った女の子2人組も見ました。たぶん旅行客です。 チェックインは機械で非対面式です。日本語表記もあります。 入ってすぐに自販機があります。お菓子や軽食も売ってますが大人のおもちゃもあります。 部屋は広かったです。アメニティは自販機で購入できます。 連泊でしたが掃除は一切入りません。タオルは一人一枚で取り替えないので持参して捨ててくることをお勧めします。 我々夫婦はなかなかサバイバルな生活を送ってますので、どこでも寝れるし屋根があればいいので、大満足でした。 地下鉄の駅から歩いてすぐですし、アクセスも完璧です。

出乎意料

交通： 位在機捷旁，距離中壢火車站也不遠，非常方便 房間： 我們入住4人房，房間非常明亮、非常大，浴室更是沒話說，很大而且乾濕分離，使用起來體驗很好 環保： 衛生用品只提供每人一條大浴巾、洗髮乳、沐浴乳、衛生紙。其他牙刷牙膏拖鞋肥皂等備品沒有主動提供，在大廳可以投幣購買，或是去隔壁24小時小北也非常方便。房間內無提供瓶裝水，但不同於其他旅宿直接不考慮房客沒有水喝的問題，夢境旅直接在房間內提供一台冷溫熱飲水機，大推！！ 服務： 因為不小心預定錯誤的人數，打電話去客服詢問，接電話的小姐很專業馬上就查詢到我的訂單並幫我解決問題、全程服務態度良好

最滿意的是有寵物友善，而且收費很ok，但真的好難停車，可能是我們太晚，還是運氣不好，都找不到停車位，還是隔壁是好樂迪的原因，所以不好停，反正沒有配合的停車場，直接扣20分。再來，進去房間一股很重的潮溼味撲鼻，只能趕快開空調跟房間，先散一下味道。除了味道剛開始不太好，但整理環境是乾淨整潔的。他們很先進，進房退房都是機器作業，身份證最好帶上，因為會用到掃描，四人房會有兩張卡，所以要注意，不要只拿一張卡就走了，我就是這樣，但服務人員很貼心的打電話告知我，我很感謝她。再來比較印象深刻的是，淋浴間洗澡會淹水。

當到達飯店時入口沒有明顯門面，找不到出入口，電話聯繫客服才好不容易找到電梯，而飯店在四樓為無人的自助式管理方式，房間還算簡單乾淨，但衛浴馬桶不通，無從反映換房，是不好的住宿體驗

野郎の１人旅なら…

無人チェックインタイプの宿泊施設です ホテルからパスワードをメールで頂き 言語を日本語表記に変更も出来たので(かなり変ですが) パスポートをスキャン後すんなりチェックインできました。 地下鉄駅から近く広さは十分シャワーも有りました コップはプラスチック、タンクタイプのミネラルウオーターです ただ立地が飲屋街で女子１人で深夜到着にはお勧めしません
