Amazing hospitality

Smooth check in , amazing hospitality, superb service, comfortable room. My wife, my kid and I are amazed by the front desk ladies’ hospitality. We spent just 1 night there but they made sure that our taxi arrived on time so that we are not late for our flight , packed our breakfast and escorted us until we got into our taxi. Surely will stay there again when we visit Taoyuan.

Great location and great room size as well. The area is not too far of a walk to the train station and is close to the shopping area. Definitely recommend staying here and just going to the Taipei area daily or whenever instead of staying in Taipei because the room is definitely way bigger than what’s offer in Taipei and with great quality! Also the staff will offer to call a taxi to the airport for you on your check out day and will help translate to the driver for you.

It closes to train station and many shop nearby. The room was clean and classic. Breakfast was good with many selections. Coin laundry was located at 19th floor. I enjoyed my stay.

Hotel far exceeded expectations. Booked the suite and the rooms was better than even the photos show. Suite was spacious, had a kitchen (not expecting that), and well-appointed bathroom. Appears to be recently renovated as well. Area is very easy to find and walkable to just about anything you need (shopping, food, bus/train, temple, morning market, pharmacy, etc).

A fantastic property! The moment I arrived at this property, it was a breath of fresh air. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful and kind and is definitely an asset to the hotel. The room itself it’s comfortable very clean very well put together. It almost feels very new. I’ve actually already booked to stay here again. Well done! This property is owned by a medical group. The hotel is from 9th-15th floor and the building is shared with the medical group and many other businesses. The room we stayed at came with two queen size beds. The beds were comfortable and bedding were clean, but the room smelled and carpet was very dirty. The room looked old and needed an update. We were on the 9th floor and there was a big mosquito flying around (I killed it) There bath layout was somewhat western style but it was like a mediocre motel 6; it needs a serious update. The toilet is facing the bathroom door, and it would made noise on its own. We had to call technician at 1am in the morning. Will not go back again if no renovation is done

This is the fourth time I stayed at this property, It used to be Chateau de Chine until the change of ownership last year. This time I stayed 6 nights at their Premium Suite (separate living room, dining room, bathroom with separate shower/tub, bedroom with a king-size bed, and kitchen with mid-size refrigerator, microwave, and stovetop). My suite on the 7th floor was large, clean, and tastefully decorated with modern furniture. Key changes from Chateau de Chine are: limited check-in check-out hours between 6 am and 10 pm, it no longer provides "disposable" toiletry items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, bar soap, slippers, and shaving razors so make sure to bring your own. The dining room is now on the 1st floor by the entrance and no longer serves an all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet, I was usually served a variation of sandwiches, fruits, a small piece of dessert, and coffee/tea. You also need to pick a breakfast time between 6-10 am when you check in at the hotel. There are several convenience stores/restaurants just a few steps away in case you want something else to eat. The gym is now located on the 9th floor in two separate small rooms, each with three treadmills. Overall, it remains my favorite hotel in Tao Yuan even with the reduced amenities, and I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Tao Yuan.

六點起床，七點被隔避房的打電話來說太吵，只是一般對話電視也沒開，反映給櫃檯人員沒接電話，親自下樓後也沒有辦法處理，很簡單就是換個房間就能處理的事情，也不會，另外入住二人房只有一客早餐，另一個要吃要多付費，也還好沒花錢吃 ，早餐真的真的就三個字：不好吃
