The room was filthy, the beds were hard as a rock, the smell in the hotel was terrible, the food served for breakfast was terrible looking and uneditable, my mom fell in the room and hurt herself because there was no safety lighting on the floor to show there was a step up ledge. Although the staff was nice, the area of where to find the hotel was unaccommodating. We will never stay there again. I wish I could get a refund of some sort for the incident of my mother falling and hurting herself.

古いビルの6.7階がホテルです。予約のバウチャーを見せたら、チェックインはスムーズでした。 泊まるだけなら充分、素晴らしいサービスやオシャレな部屋を求める方は他の宿を選べば良いでしょう。バスタブはなく、シャワーのみでした。 ミネラルウォーターがサービスで置いてあり、よかったです。 近くの楊梅市場に朝に行けば、すごく活気があり、いろいろな美味しいものもあります。 駐車場は近くのコインパーキングを利用するように言われました。

徒步環島停留點

因為在楊梅車站附近，所以整體技能很不錯，有吃有喝附近也有自助洗衣店。 空間環境整體都很乾淨且舒適，浴室也都打掃得很整潔；唯一比較美中不足的就是可能抽風（排風）系統不太好，煙味會有點重，個人在這部分比較敏感一點。 除此之外，服務業都很好，有附早餐，用餐區很大很像咖啡廳，雖然東西不多，不過以早餐來說已經很棒了。

完全沒有隔音可言，牆壁多處裂龜裂，一進去就看到床頭牆壁上有一隻蟑螂，超傻眼，冰箱沒插插頭還以為壞掉，一問櫃檯才知道要使用還要自己搬到有插頭的 地方

停車不是很方便，明明介紹中有提到附免費停車場，實際下訂後卻說因為整修無法使用，要自己找停車位只補貼100元停車費，隔音不好，會聽到電梯及人走動的聲音。在逃生梯及逃生設施旁有堆放桶裝及成箱的飲用水，感覺造成逃生疑慮。枕頭太軟不好睡。

It does not have soundproof facilities because the walls between rooms are only made of boards so the noise from the next room is very disturbing. The floor of the room was very dirty and dusty. The breakfast available is very simple and not much choice.

ガッカリした夜

中櫪観光夜市近くのホテルを予約して、乗り継ぎ便の一晩限りの夜を楽しもうと思ってUberで行ってみるとホテルが見当たらない。 結局ドライバーが親切な人で近くの店やホテルに電話して調べてくれたら20分くらい離れた場所にあった。hotels.comに載っていた地図で行ったら大きくズレていた為（Google mapで晩安旅店で調べた位置が本当の位置）ドライバーには迷惑をかけるし、家族にはがっかりさせて子供も泣き出すし、楽しみにしていた夜市には行けないしで最悪な夜でした。 hotels .comに賠償金を請求したいくらいです。 部屋は寝るだけなのでよかったですがシャワールームは清掃不良で女性の髪の毛が壁や床に10本くらいついていました。

初めての宿泊でした。日本語が通じるスタッフはいませんでしたがタクシー送迎など英語で懸命に手配していただいたりなど対応は良かったです。 ベッドは広くて寝やすかったですが、寝具の多少汚れやシャワー、トイレの水まわりの汚れ（カビていたり、トイレ、シャワーの仕切り（シャワーカーテンがないので水が便座に飛んで濡れたりしました。

極差，hotel.com上資訊跟飯店資料差異極大

Hotel.com上飯店定位跟飯店地址完全不一樣，車程差了一個多小時，完全是誤導消費者。上頭的電話也不是飯店的電話，根本連絡不了飯店，這次住宿評價極差。
