同圍環境有些複雜，同大樓有kTV，等特种場所。 常常有很多雜音在大樓。 服務挺好的，設施也不錯，但隔音不好。

酒店委托人管理。電視只有幾個台，機頂盒壞抑或無論。職員不知。台灣的電視起碼有四五十個台選，尤其是星期双倍價錢，更不值！ 打掃要申請打會。最後我都無用，更換了毛巾。 第一次台北那麼屎的商務酒店！
