Taos Ski Hut - Modern Mountain Magic

Cutest newly-built modern home just a mile from the Ski Resort!
Stay in the heart of the mountain in Taos Ski Valley in this gorgeous modern cabin brimming with smart design, cozy touches and functional details.
On the main level of the house is a picturesque deck with round hot tub facing the mountain views which opens into a bright, spacious living area with fireplace and 65" smart TV. High asymmetrical wood ceilings create a vaulted space of warm natural tones. The living level also includes a dining area with sturdy bespoke wood table and chairs and sideboard. A modern kitchen with everything you need to cook and enjoy meals and entertain.
Up the wood staircase you'll find two bedrooms with king beds; one loft space open to the living level below, and one private bedroom with a powder bath between them.
On the ground level, find the entertainment area with 42" smart tv with apple tv and bean chairs. The bedroom in this space has four built in bunks with personal reading lights and wood paneling. Also on this level is the laundry and lots of gear storage. This is the main entry area to the house from the driveway to make it easy to offload the day's adventures and come in and get comfortable.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home. It’s a beautiful new build with modern, high-quality finishes, and you can tell an incredible amount of thought went into both the design and the guest experience. The amenities were beyond what we expected—everything from a fully stocked spice cabinet to coffee, tea, great cooking tools, and even vaporizers to help with the altitude and dry conditions. Those small but thoughtful touches made a big difference.The layout is perfect for a ski trip, especially the mudroom right as you walk in—it made unloading and shedding ski gear effortless after a long day on the mountain. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful anytime we had a question or needed anything, which made the stay feel seamless and stress-free.Location-wise, it couldn’t be better for skiing—so close to Taos Ski Valley, yet quiet and comfortable when you’re ready to relax. This was truly a perfect ski vacation rental, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others.
