The house was beautiful and the neighborhood felt safe. We liked the proximity to the Railyard and Square. Our big gripes:
The place was not set up for a month long stay. Upon arrival we noticed there were no cleaning supplies. We had to ask for a vacuum (which a staff member kindly delivered) and clean pans for cooking (which they also kindly delivered.) For the amount we paid we expected cleaning supplies for us to keep the house clean, and a set of nice cookware to use over the course of the month? Not odds and ends that we’re poorly kept and poorly cleaned. When you stay at a place for a month you are not looking to buy your own pans, cleaning supplies, Tupperware or glassware.
The upstairs guest room bed had stains on the box spring which they came and took pictures of, as well as other inconsistencies that we didn’t want to be blamed for.
There were weeds all over the yard and we were told three times someone was coming to do the landscaping and they never showed up.
On our last week there the dishwasher broke so we were unable to use that. Not the end of the world, but again, an amenity we paid for and couldn’t use. They did send someone quickly though to look at it, as well as the dryer that was on the fritz.
One of our last days there a piece of art work that was poorly hung fell and they were quick to respond when we reached out.
Overall, it was too expensive for the lack of detail.
I think a lot was lost in communication from when we booked with Turnkey and then it was switched to Vacasa. We felt like an afterthought.
Would not book again, but could see how this is a nice spot for a family. Especially if they fix up the issues we had.
