The location of this apartment is special. The view from the expansive balcony is like a scene out of a movie, but even more spectacular. It is located a short distance from the beach, train station, wonderful restaurants and shopping. We found the apartment to be spotless upon arrival. All the essentials such as towels, a fully loaded kitchen, coffee, snacks, and toothbrushes were proved. The host, Carmelo was very nice and made sure our stay would be a special one. Perfect Stay With the Best View
We had the best time in this apartment. It truly is a home away from home! The owner is welcoming. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. The location is perfect. There are markets nearby, steps to the beach and the funicular to take you up to Taormina. The best part is of course - your huge, private patio with views of the Isola. We woke every morning to views of the ocean from our bed and spent every evening enjoying the sunsets on the patio. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Grazie Carmelo!

A bit of paradise
This apartment is very comfortable and well equipped, with an absolutely magical view! The location is perfect with easy access to the bus stops and taxi stands. The funicular is very close but was not in operation during our stay. The beach is across the street and down the stairs and there are lots of beach chairs and umbrellas as well as restaurants. Some of the best restaurants in Taormina are within a block or so of the property. The stairs up to Taormina are long and steep but close by. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful. The best part is the enormous private terrace with lemon trees and flowers and a breathtaking view of Isola Bella and the blue sea! We definitely recommend this lovely place and hope to return!

Unbelievable view!
I had a wonderful week in Mazarro! This apartment is a mix of original old world charm and modern conveniences. It was nice to have a very comfortable and real queen sized bed (not 2 twins pushed together) and a generous supply of extra towels, bedding, nice smelling soaps and ample kitchen supplies. There was plenty of hot water and good lighting in the bathroom. It was like visiting your sweet grandmother at her beach house and feeling her warm welcome. There were many thoughtful touches like water in the fridge, a basket of fruit, snacks, an extra toothbrush and paste. Nothing was overlooked. Carmelo and Francesca are as Sicilians are in general the warmest hearted people I’ve met. And the direct and unobstructed view of Isolabella took my breath away and I couldn’t stop looking at it in amazement. It was a down home and comfortable stay and I couldn’t ask for more!

Spacious apartment and terrace with a splendid view, useful location for both the beaches and the old city. The only con I would mention is the lack of duvets for sleeping and the usage of sheets instead, although I'm well aware this is rather a cultural issue and may not be regarded by all guests the same way as by us. Overall a highly recommendable choice to stay in Taormina.

Perfect location, amazing view and huge terace
The best advantage of the apartment is its location. Directly opposite Isola Bella Island and the beach. Close to restaurants, cafes, and shops where you can buy the essentials. Also next to the apartment there is a bus stop for buses, including intercity buses, and Hip off-Hip on. A 5-minute walk away from the Cable Car, which can take you up to Taormina. Lido Spisone Beach can also be reached on foot in 30 minutes. But keep in mind the heavy traffic in the season, the narrow road with no sidewalks. The apartment is in good condition and equipped with everything you need for your stay. Clean and comfortable. A stunning view opens from the terrace! There are many green plants and trees growing on the terrace. And even a grapefruit and lemon tree. We want to thank Mr. Ruggeri Carmelo for the welcome. He gave detailed instructions. Check-in and check-out with minimal effort. My family and I had a great week!

Excellent stay
The appartment looks better than on photos, it's clean and well equiped.. It's in a great place close to the beach and the stairs to the center of Taormina. The owner is gentle and open to help. We fully raccomend this place. It's great place to start the trip to visit Etna, Alcantara and cities around. Thank you for that stay.

Beautiful view on the Isola Bella!
A gigantic private terrace with a view on the sea. You literally could hear the crashing of the waves, while you enjoyed the view on the peninsula. We had a lot of space in the clean flat which has unique and old furniture. The owner, Carmelo, was very friendly and sympathetic. Altogether it was one of our best and beautiful vacations!

Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Obst, Milch, Wasser, Kuchen, … sind als Willkommensgeschenk bereitgestellt, selbst Duschgel ist vorhanden. Der Blick von der großen Terrasse ist sensationell Da der Fahrstuhl nur zu den Öffnungszeiten des Hotels zur Verfügung steht, sollte man gut zu Fuß sein, die Parkplatzsuche in der Nähe der Unterkunft gestaltet sich mitunter schwierig, da es auch innere Nachsaison sehr voll sein kann

die Unterkunft ist besonders. Es ist eine ehemalige Wohnung, deren traditionelle Einrichtung erhalten geblieben idt. Uns hag das sehr gefallen. Die Terrasse ist fantastisch der Ausblick ebenso. Die Gastgeber, Francesca und Carmelo waren sehr freundliche, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. auch die Lage ist fantastisch. Man kann über eine kleine Treppe zum Baden an den Strand gehen, oder über einen Treppensteig, der direkt hinter dem Haus beginnt, nach Taormina spazieren. Wir waren in der Vorsaison da. Das war ruhig, aber nicht verlassen. Die Anzahl der Hotels und Strand Restaurants lässt ahnen, wie es in der Hauptsaison ist.

Nádherný výhled na Isollu Bellu
Nádherný apartmán s výhledem na moře a přírodní rezervaci z obrovské terasy přímo u ubytování (veřejně přístupná pro svojí polohu). Ubytování nemělo jedinou chybu. Vše bylo ze strany hostitele zařízeno na výbornou včetně uvítacího pohoštění. Velice rádi se znovu vrátíme. Mohu všem milovníkům Sicílie vřele doporučit :)

Awesome Flat with huge own terrace in Taormina
The Flat is has a lot of space and has everything that you need. Additionally it has a really huge private terrace with an amazing view to the Isola Bella. It is located next to a lot of Mini-Markets and some Restaurants. The Cable-Car which is the link up to the center of Taormina is a 2 minutes walk. The entrance of the beach is directly next to the entrance of the flat. Super location! The Owner Carmelo was caring very well about us and provided an uncomplicated Check-in and Check-out. Furthermore he provided towels, blankets and even some extra stuff like water, fruits, sweets and toilet paper. We had an awesome stay and recommend this accomodation!

Superb location
We were very satisfied with the stay. The house is in perfect order and is even more beautiful in real life than in the picture. The terrace is lovely to sit on and the view is so beautiful. The owner is also very correct. We had a delay with the plane and he waited for us until very late at night. There was also a welcome pack ready for us. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone! It was perfect.

Appartement in wunderschöner Lage
Sehr schönes Appartement mit allem was man braucht. Am besten gefallen hat uns die riesige Sonnenterrasse mit wunderbarem Blick über die Bucht. Die Lage ist einzigartig, man hört sogar das Meeresrauschen. Der Strand nicht weit und die Straße vor dem Haus bemerkt man kaum. Netter Vermieter, der uns bestens umsorgt hat

Phantastisch
Das Apartment ist schön groß, super sauber, perfekt ausgestattet. Wir haben alles vorgefunden, was wir für einen schönen, entspannten Urlaub benötigt haben. Insbesondere eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und ein sehr bequemes Bett. Hier hat man bis zum Einschlafen und gleich nach dem Aufwachen einen wundervollen Blick durch das Panoramafenster auf das Meer. Und da sich vor den Fenstern im Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer Mückengitter befinden, kann man die Fenster bedenkenlos offen lassen und auch nachts das Meer rauschen hören. :) Auch aus der Küche hat man Blick auf das Meer. Das Highlight der Wohnung ist jedoch der riesige Balkon, der ganz allein den Gästen des Apartments zur Verfügung steht. Die Aussicht auf die Bucht und die Isola Bella sind einfach grandios. Da kann das Frühstück schonmal länger dauern. In der Nähe, aber auch in wenigen Kilometern Entfernung in den Nachbarorten findet man große und kleine Supermärkte und jede Menge Restaurants und Bars. Die Seilbahn, die Mazzarro mit der wirklich wunderschönen Innenstadt von Taormina verbindet, ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. Carmelo ist ein sehr freundlicher Vermieter, der jederzeit erreichbar und sehr um das Wohlergehen seiner Gäste bemüht ist. Zur Begrüßung hatte er sogar Obst, Wasser und einige Lebensmittel für uns bereit gestellt. Der Kontakt zu ihm war sehr angenehm. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Apartment nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Appartamento veramente bello e equipaggiato con tutto ciò che serve all’arrivo …..ma il pezzo forte è la stupenda terrazza con vista su Isola bella !!!! Sicuramente il miglior appartamento di Mazzaro’ con accesso al mare . Il proprietario veramente cortese e disponibile ci ha ricevuto magnificamente dandoci tutta la sua disponibilità…. Esperienza sicuramente da rifare e consigliare
