Rundum zufrieden

Toll eingerichtete geräumige Wohnung mit großem Balkon. Zustell-, Babybett und Hochstuhl war alles da. Sehr netter Vermieter, der einem mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung steht. Schöner kleiner Wellnessbereich mit Pool (angenehm warmes Wasser), Sauna und Dampfbad. Spielplatz mit Rutsche und Trampolin.

Apprezzata la posizione un po' in alto fuori dal centro di Giardini Naxos! Arredato con gusto l'appartamento ha tutti i comfort, unica piccola pecca il divano letto con un materasso un po' troppo sottile. L'ultima sera del soggiorno L'Etna ci ha offerto un magnifico spettacolo 😊

Giordano beach

Sergio's flat above his gym was spacious and well equipped. The property is within reach, preferably by car, though you could walk, of Giardini Naxos beach, which is less crowded and more accessible than Taormina beaches, Taormina town itself is a short drive away so the location is a good compromise. There are good restaurants in Giardini Naxos also. The views from the balcony are great and there is no noise from the gym to be concerned about. Use of the pool is an added bonus and we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely apartment and great host

Sergio was great, he and his family run a wellness and fitness centre situated in the lower part of the building. As a guest you have free access to the gym and pool etc. Had the clouds cleared we would have had a great view of Etna from the balcony! We arrived very late and Sergio stayed up to greet us. Catania is great particularly the fish market and Isola Bella is a great cove and beach. Giardini-Naxos our of season is also nice.

Bellissimo appartamento

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questo bellissimo appartamento e le aspettative con cui eravamo partiti non sono state deluse... Anzi dal vivo e' ancora meglio, accogliente e dotato di tutti i confort. Il Sig. Sergio e' stato gentilissimo e disponibile!! La posizione e' ottimale, vicino all uscita dell'autostrada, al centro e al mare... Sulle alture di giardini, in un contesto tranquillo, gode di una splendida vista sull Etna. La piscina e la palestra danno un tocco in più a questo appartamento già perfetto così!

The flat was fantastic and the owner extremely helpful. The flat is large and has a terrific terrace looking directly at Mt Etna. You really need a car to make life easier but you can walk into town and the beach. The flat is above a gym so there is some noise from 9am onwards but it didn't worry us. We enjoyed it so much that we are definitely going to return.

"Non''è la solita "casa vacanze"ma un vero e proprio appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort, oltre ad essere arredato con molto gusto.Uno dei pochi casi in cui le foto non sono ingannevoli, anzi dal vivo ne sarete impressionati in positivo.La posizione permette di raggiungere in pochi minuti tutti i luoghi di interesse evitando lo stress e i rumori del centro.Inoltre si gode di una bellissima vista dell Etna. Senza contare che l''ospitalità e la cordialità del proprietario che nel complesso rendono il soggiorno più che gradevole."

"propriétaires très sympathiques, exploitant la salle de gym au rez de chaussée (pas gênant du tout). L''appart est confortable avec la clim, la piscine est dispo quand la salle est fermée ce qui n''est pas top. Voiture indispensable pour tout (plage, course ou ballade). Bilan: sympa mais au total un peu cher pour les prestations."

"Appartement très agréabl...

"Appartement très agréable, bien situé. Propriétaire très sympathiques, même s'ils ne maîtrisent pas totalement l'anglais. La communication est toujours possible. Très belle vue sur l'Etna. Autoroute proche, mais pas trop bruillante; Piscine intérieure et sauna très appréciés lors de notre séjour, début avril. Plage à 15 minutes de marche, mais mieux vaut utiliser une voiture, qui est indispensable pour visiter. Le quartier manque un peu de charme, mais ceci est vrai pour les villes siciliennes en général, en dehors des lieux touristiques. Très beaux villages, et magnifiques plages aux alentours. Visites sur l'etna très belles, et très intéressantes."
