Front desk staff are a real treat to work with! Mervat and Tanya made me and my teens feel so welcomed! My daughter had a SW16 sleepover and all accommodations were met with great detail and customer satisfaction. The indoor pool was clean and well lit. Public restrooms were kept clean and fully stocked. Our adjoining rooms had great views and the beds were very comfortable. My hubby and I had dinner at Anejo Rose and the next morning we had my daughter’s birthday brunch at GrillFire, both in-house restaurants were perfect! Food and drinks were right on point. I can’t wait to book another stay just me and my hubby. It really was a pleasure staying here and the customer service from front desk to all other staff I interacted with was absolutely fantastic! Parking was plentiful and $10.99 a day was fair. Overall The Hotel at Arundel is a must visit and there’s tons to do nearby which makes this place a perfect gem in the Hanover, Maryland area!

Clean room, great staff, amazing room and view. Only issue was with the location being 20-25 mins away from city and the bar who over charged $125 for 4 shots of whiskey and 1 Espresso Martini. She did try to make the bill for 25 mins and finally charged $125. I dont know in what world they would charge this much for. I purchase the same black label 750ml bottle for $48 and 4 shots of 30ml costed me approx $100 makes no sense at all.
