"Staff were very friendly and courteous. Kaiseki dinner and buffet breakfast were out of the world! Onsen, water temperature was perfect, and Jungle Onsen was interesting. The hotel is very nice and clean. its like a block away from the JR Hakata Station and maybe 10 minutes taxi ride from the Fukuoka International Airport. I should have done more homework on places in the vicinity to eat at. Right next door out of the hotels from entrance is a LAWSONS. Theres a bunch of eateries at the JR Hakata Station. The hotel staff was accomodating."
