Worst experience at a Riu. Key card to our room did not work after an hour of back and forth our key card finally let us in. The TV is not a smart TV. It does not connect to internet. Can not access YouTube or Netflix. Requested for birthday balloons, no setup was done for my finances birthday. Was requested multiple times.
