Generally pleasant.. Except... There is alot smokers... Or vaping in the premise specifically at level 1 reception and swimming pool also, saw one guy vaping.. And also at the beach.. Saw one worker smoking.. ... Can smell not sure is it by the staff or visitors..
If the hotel enforce strict non smoking and vaping... It will be be beautiful stay....

We had no idea what to expect as we booked last minute without doing any research nor looking at pictures. Also the name, One & Only Desaru, is somewhat non-descript, it doesn't evoke much...
This is a 5-star resort, an oasis secluded from the world, large luxurious villas, private beaches and all -- and also, I guess, from paparazzis! That kind of a place.
Top, top, top.
Will return for sure.
