The hotel lobby was difficult for me, as I only speak English, and the signs were all in Korean. There is not always an attendant in the lobby, sometimes a person in the 'cieling' speaks to you and can administer your room key through a machine. The next morning, I appealed the front manger or owner and his response was not professional enough and not friendly either.
