One of the worst stays we had in Morocco. The whole Spa, swimming pool, hamam were closed! The room we got was below par! It was really small, outdated and had no facilities! Really disappointed, and won't be visiting again

Property itself was ok. What is misleading is google map pin in Expedia site shows this hotel being in town, however, it’s 5 miles outside. Property was difficult to find with Google maps and for an English speaker was very difficult to locate as when I called hotel they said they didn’t speak English and would call back. Lock did not work properly on door and we were locked out for a period of time. Ion flip side, staff was very friendly and panoramic views were spectacular.

We had no internet, no water, no TV. Due to the issues with water we were unable to take showers when we wanted and thus had to leave/check out to change hotels and shower. Also there are no spa facilities or swimming pools (there were empty) we were told they don’t fill them until the summer. Worst hotel experience to date.

this is not Hotel and SPA resort. The SPA building is still under the constraction. No gym, swimming pools outside are under the constraction or without water. There are no road from the main road, but only kind of trail. Chimey in the room didn't work. Althouth breakfast was included into the price, they still charge us for coffee. Very disapoined experience. I definetely won't come again and also would like to get a fool refund. I also have pictures from the hotel.

It’s quite hard to find the hotel. We had to make three turns on the roundabout to see the sign. The road was terrifing. Make sure you arrive before dusk, otherwise you will fall off the cliff. The reception staff were uneducated. It seemed like they did not want to be there and were very unprofessional. The rooms were not that clean. Spiderwebs in each and every corner, showertiles weren’t cleaned and you may find yourself in a room with a ramp instead of stairs (from the bathroom to the bedroom) which was very slippery and I sprained my ankle when I first arrived in the room. Breakfast should open at 8.30am, but we had to go to the frontdesk to remind them. It was about 9am when everything was set up. Bread and local pastries weren’t fresh, tasted like they were from the day before. All in all: won’t recommend it.

Too many negatives.

Friendly staff, quiet location, nice rooms with excellent air conditioning. However, nearly impossible to find, poor description by hotel that you have to take a dirt road, small sign only visible coming from one direction. Terrible internet even near their router which was basically unusable due to snails paced speed and dropped connections. Wireless did not reach to rooms even if it had worked. Safety - while very nice to sit at tables on the grass, when it got dark, there was zero lighting, obstacles in the path back (pipes sticking up, hoses to pumps to the pool) and no protection against falling into the pools. They had these cute white basket chairs which flipped over when an adult sat in them. Saw several people pitched onto the grass. These are the top issues but there are more. Staff was very friendly and helpful but they aren’t in a position to address what are fundamentally management issues. I needed the internet, cellular was very slow(not hotel issue) so to do further trip planning was nearly impossible. I don’t know how they compare to other hotels in the area but I would recommend looking elsewhere unfortunately (because I really wanted to like staying here).

Sécurité sanitaire majeure

Le séjour s’est très mal passé. L’hôtel n’est pas équipé d’un réseau d’eau potable, les douches ainsi que les lavabos sont raccordé à de l’eau usée, recycler et désinfecter au chlore. Après discussion avec le responsable il m’a avoué l’absence d’un réseau d’eau potable, donc ils utilisent un château d’eau pour rempli avec de l’eau, acheter de l’extérieur, désinfecter au chlore, le Responsable avait un caractère autant et donc quand je lui ai dit que c’était dangereux il m’a dit de toute façon vous êtes le seul qui a fait la remarque puisque vous êtes ingénieur en traitement d’eau les autres ils ont jamais réclamé. Je lui ai fait comprendre que cela est un risque majeur pour la sécurité publique et la santé publique , mais ils sont fous, il m’a dit que de toute façon personne ne peut rien faire et que son établissement ne peut pas être fermé. J’ai demandé à être remboursé et j’ai quitté l’hôtel tout de suite.

Excelente el recibimiento de Oumaima el viernes, llegamos de madrugada y ella estaba allí esperándonos con una gran sonrisa…que más se puede pedir. Accomodatie ligt midden op een berg een hoge auto is een must. Accomodatie heeft overal wel aandachtpuntjes. De kamers kunnen veel netter. Spa is nog niet af dus hier kan je ook geen gebruik van maken. Al met al raad ik het niet aan.

Heel mooie streek, prachtig uitzicht. Onveilige weg naar het verblijf, heel steil met veel drempels. De kamers waren heel mooi. We hebben echter geen familie bungalow gekregen. Blijkbaar krijgen Expedia klanten andere kamers. We hebben lang moeten wachten op onze kamer, er waren nog werken aan de gang. Het grote bed was niet verschoond, er lag een vuile zakdoek onder het hoofdkussen, bloedspoortje op hoofdkussen, onderlaken was verfromfeld en geen hoes op het dekbed. Er was geen babybed beschikbaar, was blijkbaar kapot. Er is een mooi zwembad, maar niet hygiënisch. Het water was vies van kleur en ze hebben geen filters. Het ontbijt was ok. Spijtig van de gebreken want het is echt wel een mooi resort en er zijn genoeg mogelijkheden om het nog beter te maken. De verantwoordelijke deed wel haar best om ons te helpen en de gebreken op te lossen, waarvoor dank.

An sich ein sehr schönes Anwesen. Am Service muss noch viel verbessert werden. Wir bekamen unseren Zimmer erst Stunden später , dann gab es kein Strom und Wasser , was natürlich nachdem Schwimmen nicht so toll ist. Wir saßen sehr lange quasi im DUNKELN. Wir als Gäste mussten ständig nachhacken , wir wurden null aufgeklärt und wir sprechen hier nicht von einem Stromausfall von einer Stunde sondern von 4 Stunden und das Abends. Um 11 Uhr wurden wir aus dem Zimmer geschmissen !!! Überhaupt kein entgegenkommen für den Vorfall.

シェフシャウエンの町からタクシーで20分くらいかかりました。 チェックイン時間よりも早く到着してしまいましたが、快く対応してくださりました。ウェルカムティー美味しかったです。施設はまだ所々建設途中で、スパはありませんでした。ホテルの周りには何もなく、する事がなく時間をもてあましていたらスタッフの方がホテルの敷地内で飼育している動物を案内してくれました。乗馬や、ヤギ、アヒル？のエサやりなどしました。他にも動物はいます。 とても親切なスタッフでした。 部屋は新しいのでキレイでしたが、少し湿気くさかったです。玄関のドアの鍵が開けにくく、毎回苦戦しました。

Nature et silence

Pour ceux qui veulent se vider les esprits et renouveller leur liaison avec mere nature et se reposer des bruits et polutions de la ville de toutes sortes. Equipes non experimentées mais serviables et font de leur mieux. Le prix est relativement cher par rapport a la localité où se troive l'hotel. Mais la vue est unique et sans semblable a cet endroit

WAY TOO EXPENSIVE AND NOT COMPLETE

This was a very pretty place but it was not completed. We stayed here to have a relaxing two days at the spa and indoor pool. There was no spa or any pools at all! They were building the outdoor pools and they said the spa and indoor pool would be completed later. The cost of the room was EXTREMELY high for just a room with a shower that only lasted long enough for one person to shower and the heater/electricity worked intermittently. After arguing with the manager he gave us the equivalent of 2 dinners off the price (the food was almost triple the cost at their hotel than the local restaurants).

Expediaに載っている場所と実際の場所があまりにも離れていて困りました。Expediaを見ると、バス停から歩ける距離で表示されているが、実際は車で20分のところ。電話をすると親切にもホテルスタッフが迎えに来てくれました。ホテルはロッジ風で暖炉もあり、見た目は気に入りましたが、寒い日にホットシャワーの出がとても悪く、辛い思いをしました。

جميل جدا.

كان من الأماكن الجميلة جدا من حيث الخدمة والنظافة والتعامل والإبتسامة الدائمة من العاملين في الموقع وكان موظفون الإستقبال متعاونون جدا خصوصا الأخت لبنى فقد كانت متعاونة ولطيفة جدا حيث تمنيت الإقامة لديهم أكثر لشعوري بأن الكل وكأنهم عائلة واحدة.

The hotel is new, i think it is not so ready for customers, waiters in the restaurant are slow and unprofessional. The boiler for the room is not working, we need to restart the boiler during a 5 mins shower for 3 times at least which is quite annoying.
