It’s was an amazing one bedroom suite air conditioned with a separate living room great location 2 min walk from kasbah musuem and a look out plaza with ocean views just minutes walking

This is the first time that I’ve walked out of a hotel and refused to stay for even one night. The place was impossible to reach: you have to climb up a lot of steep steps and directions were nonexistent. Men were harassing me while I lugged my suitcase up and down alleys. The reception was unreachable for over an hour while we repeatedly called and texted for directions. When we got there, the reception only spoke Arabic. The rooms were nothing like in the photos. Everything was dark, dirty, and the property smelled strongly of gasoline. It’s situated on a very noisy street. My travel companion has mobility issues and we knew that he could not possibly go up and down the stairs. We asked politely for a refund but the property refused to give us an even partial refund. I highly advise against booking at this place. There are plenty of other hotels with similar price range that offer better quality stay. Just remember that this property looks nothing like in the photos posted on Expedia. Also remember that this place is very difficult to get to and no taxis can drive there. In my years of traveling around the world, I’ve yet to meet a less understanding manager compared to the one at this property. It feels like I’ve been scammed by the property. An additional note: Expedia is limited in how much they can help you when these types of issues happen. It seems that I will not be able to recoup the money I spent on this scam property.

Godt og billigt sted at bo i Kasbah’en. Muhammed Ali er en fantastisk vært, som hjælper med alt, du har brug for, gerne viser dig steder, du ellers ikke ville se i Tangier og som får dig til at føle hjemme. Han taler flere sprog. Vi besøger gerne Muhammed igen.
