"Upon arrival to the airport I was contacted by the driver as to the pickup time and location. He actually arrived earlier than planned because I was ready. I was warmly greeted by front desk attendant. Room was very comfortable. There's a 24 hr room service and a restaurant that is open from 6am to about 1am. Breakfast buffet was excellent: choice of American, Indonesian, Asian foods. Again, staff was very pleasant, polite, and constantly smiling. Overall a very good bargain for a hotel close to the airport."

"The front desk staff are excellent. Check-in is always super easy and friendly. The washrooms in the suites could use some love. Newer towels and better shower amenities kits (higher end shampoo, conditioner and shower gels) should be included for the cost of the room. There is also no soap dish by the wash basin so you end up leaving the soap bar in the sink to avoid a mess. The floor in the breakfast room needs a good wash, it’s very sticky. The hotel is very conveniently located in the airport. Great for a 1 night stay. "

"Hotel is new and clean and the staff is very kind and a bit out of their depth. There was a pervasive sewage smell in the lobby and my room but not my colleague’s room. Also, the hotel does not serve alcohol. Of any kind. So there is no way to drown out that smell. "
