"Dogs barking, kids crying. Guest sitting in hallway stairwell....just not a good vibe. I'd NEVER return to stay there. Location great to food and other amenities. No elevator. "

"This has been our favorite hotel for years, however, we’re disappointed with our stay this time. Our bathroom was not clean, the front desk staff seemed indifferent, and the valet never checked in our car making it difficult to find. "

"Breakfast was the highlight for sure. Hot and plentiful. The pool was PACKED with kids splashing. Our kids only swam for a little bit and stated it didn’t feel heated either. The room was missing extra linens for the pullout bed and we had to go down to the front desk to request some. No elevator near the suites which made it difficult to carry suitcases up the steps. "
