"Was in town for a music festival. I booked at this hotel fairly last minute because it was available and many other hotel were not. I was not expecting luxurious accommodations. I did though expect the room to be moderately clean and in fair working order, but it was not. The room was dirty. Not just not cleaned very well. I mean really dirty. Smudges of make up and some other things all over the furniture, mirror, wall. Dirt in the corners of the room. Mold/mildew on the ceiling. Stickiness on the floor. And then the bathroom.... it's gross. The door that provides security to the outside didn't lock. But since the window beside was missing, I guess it didn't matter. I paid an astronomical amount of money for this place because of the aforementioned festival. I ended up leaving in the early morning because the bed was awful as well. Definitely not worth the money I paid in a busy weekend, but would have been worth $10."

"Nicest pool ever. Hotel needs major overhaul. Because of fesrival rooms were twice as much. Didnt get the room i reserved so not ever staying at any Best Western again. Also canceling my card and membership. "

"This was my first experience with extended stay ever. The staff were very nice and helpful. However they need to shut down until they finish renovating no walls in the elevators, the rooms had a dead bug in the bed looked like a bed bug but no blood came out when you squeezed it but there were 2 bed bugs in the bathroom mirrors, and a big roach that traveled from the bathroom to the wall by the bathroom. I couldn’t believe it. I brought 91% alcohol to spray the beds and furniture to kill anything that was there . The bathroom tubs were dirty looking like it needed to be replaced. I couldn’t sleep. We got there about 2:30am and left at checkout. Ive been on hotels.com trying to get a refund but I’ve been unsuccessful"

"Three. Ight stay and no room service. The hotel itself was pretty dirty. The staff was great and there was tons of parking."

"I liked the cleanliness of the property and my room. Check in and check out were easy. Location was great. Breakfast was okay. Liked that there was coffee and tea available throughout the day. It would have been nice if water had been available throughout the day as well with cups or the availability to fill a water bottle."

"The air conditioner kept making popping noises all night and made sleeping impossible. The tv kept going in and out. After 6 hour drive 30 minutes of tv would have been good. The thermostat was so bright. It felt like a light house. Definitely the worst hotel we have stayed in, in the last 10 years."

"Staff was wonderful. Able to take a shuttle to and from the airport. On site breakfast was good. Potatoes were hot. Bacon was cooked not over cooked. Scrambled eggs were average. Room was average. Shower pressure was ok. The only downside was the hotel didn't have hot water one morning. "
