Staff remembered my preferences, noticed when I hadn’t eaten, checked on my well-being, and even helped me when I felt unwell. The breakfast and dinner teams worked seamlessly during busy periods, always with professionalism and kindness. Housekeeping added thoughtful touches that made my room feel like home. Even when small issues arose, management resolved them promptly and with care, turning potential frustrations into positive experiences. Staying for more than 45 days could have been challenging, but the warmth, consistency, and dedication of the entire team made me feel safe, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. "Every time I vacation in Manila, I stay in Parque España. Conveniently located to many restaurants, Alabang Town Center Mall, Festival Mall, Molito Mall, Supermarkets, hospital. Clean and affordable with a great breakfast buffet and shuttle service. All the staff are helpful, professional and friendly. I feel safe staying here because there are guards at the entrance who are vigilant in checking all the guests that go in and out of the hotel. "
