The location is Good, its very near in the buss station. The room is not so clean, no toilet tissue, the bed is little short and im sorry to say but i dont like the place.

Nothing positive about this hotel

Room was clean and tidy however the bathroom was the tiniest I've ever come across, you had to sit on the toilet seat to take a shower. No hot water in the sink, shower head was blocked... It was awful for the price. Avoid it.

Clean hotel in a central location.

A clean hotel in a very central location but a few issues with bathroom including leaking taps and only warm water for a shower not hot. Also had to ask for toilet paper on the first night. A lot of stairs when you have a wheeled suitcase.

Confortable

C'est une bonne étape pour visiter Cameron Island. L'hôtel est un peu bruyant, prévoyez des boules quies mais plutôt confortable dans l'ensemble.

noisy and dirty

the room was not clean. stains can be seen clearly on mattress and bed sheets . allot of hairs was on the bed sheets too . there as so much noise inside and outside in the night so I couldn't sleep at all . looks like some huge machines are running outside and making so much noise . the room was not sound proof at all . if you wanna sleep at the night then this hotel is not the right choice unless you don't care about the noise .

Not worth the price

Very dingy hotel. Do not stay here for the price. People where smoking in the bathroom beside me even if hotel was suppose to be non smoking, no toiletries, sheets where stained. Only good part was being so close to food and bus station

Reasonable budget hotel

Wifi good, staff helpful, central location not too far from bus station. Our room was at the rear over an alleyway so we had garbage truck noise every morning. Bed could have been better. Stairs!

Well below expectations and well overpriced

I booked a queen bed but was given 2 single beds. The room was an inside room with no ventelation or natural daylight, walls are thin so you can hear everyone coming and going - there is no parking nearby - I’d never go back!

Zimmer nur bedingt zu empfehlen

Das Zimmer war soweit o.k.. Nicht gefallen hat uns, das es keine extra Dusche gab, so dass im Bad alles nass wurde. Am schlimmsten war jedoch, dass von früh bis spät abends ständiger Essengeruch in unser Zimmer zog, da wir das Fenster zur Haushinterseite hatten. Gut fanden wir, dass es gleich im Erdgeschoss viele kleine Restaurants auch mit Frühstücksangeboten gab. Leider haben deren Lüfter im Hinterhof auch für einen permanenten Geräuschpegel gesorgt. Der Ort Tanah Rata ist auf jeden Fall als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen zu empfehlen.

Dirchschnittliches Hostel, relativ laut

Für Backpacker ist die Unterkunft durchaus okay. Man erhält in etwa gleich wenig wie man bezahlt. Die Strasse sowie die umliegenden Bars hört man ziemlich gut. Die Sauberkeit war nicht top, aber nebst ein paar Haaren halbwegs okay. Ebenso der Zustand. Das Highlanders gehört zu einem von Indern geführten Restaurant, welche durchwegs freundlich, aber auch nicht mehr waren.

Low Budget Hotel mit einigen Schwächen

Hotel liegt ziemlich zentral, Zimmer Service erfolgte bei 4 tägigem Aufenthalt nur 1 mal auf Nachfrage! TV - Programme minimalistisch, Waschbecken defekt, Wifi sehr schwach und schwankend, Zimmer nach hinten sehr laut: Wäscherei, Klimaanlagen usw.

Overall the room is ok but a bit of noisy outside the room. I didn't expect the room is just above a restaurant, my first experience. Parking is a real problem here.As the room is above the shophouse there's no parking available here so have to hunt round for one and the road along here is always jam day and night.

Definitely a good place to stay. A bit expensive however compared to the facilities in the hotel. Nevertheless, it was comfortable enough. A big no for guest staying for honeymoon. Recommending other hotels such as resorts for such purpose.

Nice place to stay

Value for money ! Very clean rooms and location is very good. It’s surrounded by good food and a great plus point is that it’s in the center of Ipoh. Service is very prompt and all staff are super polite. The facillities are also all working, they have a kettle and hairdryer for your use. Air conditioning is very efficient in cooling the room. Toilets are all very clean and there’s a working water heater.
