Our room was comfortably sized, clean, and well maintained, with a lovely view of the water and a balcony overlooking the swimming pool and the river, which made our stay especially relaxing. The restaurant is spacious, elegant, and well designed, and the staff there were truly outstanding. The food selection was varied and consistently very good, making each meal enjoyable. A special highlight was the opportunity to chat with the hotel’s General Manager, Mr. Tuan—a true gentleman with an impressive sense of service and professionalism. His demeanor reflects the high standards of the hotel and the care given to guests. We wholeheartedly recommend Victoria Châu Đốc Hotel and would happily stay here again."

"Very clean and modern looking hotel. It’s clear management cares about maintenance. And the staff was very professional and generous. They regularly asked if I wanted my room cleaned. Laundry service was also very quick and effortless. Overall quite impressed and would recommend to anyone staying in the Chau Doc area."

"There is a great write up in the recent Lonely Planet Guide about Murray Guesthouse being a wonderful addition to the Chau Doc accommodation options... a great guest lounge, roof terrace, bar, pool table and great breakfast. Sadly no longer... none of these exists! Instead we had a poor welcome, accusing us of having cancelled, the bedside lights didn't work, our friend had no toilet paper or a toilet that flushed. It is very cheap to stay there and it is clean, but that is it."
