Fully self contained 1 bedroom granny flat. Set on rural property amid lush gardens and trees. Set apart from main residence so come and go as you please in private. Off street parking right outside the apartment. Outdoor gazebo with BBQ for relaxing dinner. Free wifi. Living room has a pull out sofa bed for kids or another couple. Kitchen has full cooking facilities provided. Large fridge and washing machine with clothes line out back. Reverse cycle A/C. Living room has 65 inch smart TV for streaming or watching free to air Channel’s. Also has Foxtel box for your watching needs. Ceiling fans in living room and bedroom. 50 inch smart TV In bedroom with Foxtel app pre-installed or you can stream through the usual apps or watch free to air Chanel’s. Walk in wardrobe attached to bedroom with plenty of room for luggage and hanging clothes. Fur babies are more than welcome. Outdoor gazebo area is fully fenced. If you don’t fancy cooking Carmen’s Italian restaurant is only 5 mins away or 15 mins to centre of Tamworth with many eating options. If you still don’t want to cook but also don’t want to drive then pizza and Chinese will deliver to the location.

Relaxing stay at Kingswood
We had a lovely stay at Trevor and Coralie's property, everything was great. It was clean, had a well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge area with a large screen TV with the bonus of Foxtel channels. It was surrounded by a serene garden with a lovely undercover outdoor area where you could just sit and relax or cook on the bbq. The property being located close to Tamworth too was good and it was not far from many quaint towns we visited.

Home away from home just out of town!
This was a wonderful accommodation choice for our family, including our pup. The hosts are wonderful, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The outdoor area is great, fenced in, shaded with a comfortable outdoor setting, bbq and fan for those hot days. The cottage style accommodation has all the appliances you need and more and the bed and pull out lounge were really comfortable. Quiet neighbourhood, shops just up the road, pet friendly with all the modcons, clean and stylish etc. Gets the thumbs up from our family and look forward to staying again.
