I booked last minute, and when I arrived, I was surprised and a bit disappointed to realize it was the hospital hotel. However, as soon as I walked in, I felt at ease. The receptionist was incredibly sweet and managed to calm me down, especially since I was a bit brusque at first, questioning why it wasn’t mentioned that it was a hospital hotel. That said, I’m quite a curious person, and despite not being the ideal choice, it was fantastic. The hotel is spotless and very quiet. The breakfast was perfect in my opinion, with a great variety of options, from savory items like sausages and potatoes to cold cuts, and even delicious pancakes with Nutella or jam. There were also cookies and coffee available, so I was really satisfied with the breakfast. Additionally, in the evening, there’s a buffet from 4 PM to 6:30 PM for just 15 euros, which offers a variety of dishes you’d probably struggle to find elsewhere in the city. The only downside is that it’s not in the city center, so if you want to be in the heart of the city without taking a bus, this might not be the best choice.

Hohe Bewertung entspricht leide nicht der Realität

Hohe Bewertung meiner Meinung nicht gerechtfertigt. Hotel befindet sich im Krankenhausviertel und teilt sich auch Gebäude mit einer Poliklinik. Dies ist auf den ersten Blick nicht ersichtlich. Auch nicht auf offizieller Webseite. Entsprechend ist das Ambiente, vieles wirkt sehr steril. Viele Gäste sind Patienten, tagsüber befinden sich auch externe Patienten dort. Frühstück mittelmäßig, hat Kantinecharakter von durchschnittlicher Qualität. Zimmer teilweise schmutzig, Popcorn und klebrige Stifte vom Vorgänger gefunden. Zudem durchgelegene Matratzen mit sichtbaren eckligen Flecken unter Matratzenschonern. Bitte prüfen und wechseln! Türen und Möbilar waren abgenutzt (Schrammen vermutlich von genutzten Rollatoren von Vorgängern). Wochentags 10 Euro Parkgebühr ab 8 Uhr, Frühstück nur bis 9:30 Uhr. Elektroladestationen nur im Parkhaus für 20 Euro Parkgebühr zugänglich. Positiv empfanden wir das freundliche Personal und das Familienzimmer (2 Zimmer mit Durchgangstür) angeboten werden.
